Press release to the draft decision of the maslikhat “On amending the decision of the Akmola regional maslikhat dated October 25, 2019 № 6C-38-4 “On approval of the Rules for burial and organizing the care of graves in the Akmola region”
The draft decision of the Maslikhat “On Amendments to the Decision of the Akmola Regional Maslikhat dated October 25, 2019 No. 6C-38-4 “On Approval of the Rules for Burial and Organization of the Care of Graves in the Akmola Region” was developed in accordance with the amendments made to the order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 31, 2019 No. 48 “On approval of the Model Rules for Burial and Organization of the Care of Graves”.
The purpose of adopting the said draft decision is to bring it in line with the current legislation.
The implementation of the draft decision will not require financial outlays from the republican and local budgets.
The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
The draft decision is posted on the e-Government portal in the open legal acts section.
