Press release to the draft decision of the maslikhat “On amending the decision of the Akmola regional maslikhat of November 22, 2017 № 6C-16-7 “On approval of the Rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and towns of the Akmola region”
The draft decision of the maslikhat “On amending the decision of the Akmola regional maslikhat dated November 22, 2017 № 6C-16-7 “On approval of the Rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements of the Akmola region” was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2022 № 129- VII LRK "On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities", in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 2001 "On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Model Rules for improvement territories of cities and towns.
The purpose of adopting the said draft decision is to bring it in line with the current legislation.
The implementation of the draft decision will not require financial outlays from the republican and local budgets.
The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
The draft decision is posted on the e-Government portal in the open legal acts section.
