On September 20, 2022, Deputy Akim of the region E.M. Ramazanov, with the participation of representatives of interested state bodies, held a reception of citizens on personal issues. During the reception, the representative of the Center for creative Initiatives raised issues of education in art and culture in Kosshy and Tselinograd district.
