In accordance with subparagraph 3) of Article 14, Article 113-9 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", based on the decision of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the Akmola Region dated September 2, 2022, the decision of the Judicial Collegium for Administrative Cases of the Akmola Regional Court dated September 8, 2022, the Regional Election Commission DECIDES:
Cancel the protocol of the territorial election commission of the Tselinograd region dated August 28, 2022 No. 46/173 “On the results of the election of the akim of the village of Koyandy”.
Cancel the decision of the territorial election commission of the Tselinograd region dated September 1, 2022 No. 5 "On registration of the elected akim of the village of Koyandy, Tselinograd region, Akmola region."
Territorial election commission of the Tselinograd region:
1) to hold repeated elections of the akim of the village of Koyandy no later than one month after the initial elections, at the same polling stations and according to the same lists of voters compiled for the initial elections;
2) determine the timing of election events for the preparation and conduct of repeated elections of the akim of the village of Koyandy;
3) consider the issue of releasing chairmen of precinct election commissions No. 653, No. 739 from duties and liability of other members of the commission for repeated violation of official powers and requirements of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
Publish this resolution on the websites of the regional election commission and the territorial election commission of the Tselinograd region, as well as in the regional newspapers Vestnik Akmola and Esil-Nura.
