On the transfer of the mandate of the deputy of the Akmola regional maslikhat

and registration by the deputy of the maslikhat Dosumov Zh.M.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 111-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of the resolution of the Bureau of the Political Council of the Akmola regional branch of the AMAHAT Party dated April 21, 2022 № 021- PQ, the Regional Election Commission DECIDES:

  1. In connection with the early termination of the powers of deputy maslikhat Ayaganov E.S. to transfer the mandate to Dosumov Zhanat Muratovich.                                              
  2. Register as a deputy of the Akmola regional maslikhat Dosumov Zhanat Muratovich, born in 1990, Kazakh, head of the Bulandyn district postal communications hub of Kazpost JSC, lives in Makinsk, Bulandyn district and hand him a certificate and a badge.
  3. To publish in the mass media a message about the registration of the deputy of the Akmola regional maslikhat Dosumov Zh.M.
