"Akim’s Office of Akmola region"
1) organizational support of the Akim of Akmola region;
2) legal support for the activities of the Akim of Akmola region;
3) information support of the Akim of Akmola region;
4) analytical support of the Akim of Akmola region;
5) material and technical support of the Akim of Akmola region.
ensuring interaction of the regional akim with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, central executive bodies, regional maslikhat, state bodies of the region and other organizations;
organization of events with the participation of the President and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
organization of events with the participation of the regional akim, meetings of the regional akimat;
organization of the regional akim's reporting meetings with the population;
analysis of the socio-economic development of the region;
organization of work to improve local government and self-government;
organization of work to improve the administrative-territorial structure of the region;
coordination of activities of akims of districts (cities of regional significance), office of akims of districts (cities of regional significance), executive bodies financed from the regional budget;
organization of preparation for elections;
organization of activities to work with regional and republican mass media;
organization of the work of the Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan;
ensuring the consideration of official documents, appeals of individuals and legal entities, organization of document flow with higher and lower state bodies and organizations of the region;
organization of execution and control over the execution of legislative and subordinate normative legal acts, orders of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the regional akimat, decisions, orders and instructions of the regional akim;
organization of personnel policy in the region, including submission to the regional akim of a submission on bringing the relevant officials to disciplinary responsibility;
coordination of activities in the social sphere and internal policy of the region;
coordination of activities in the field of industry and investment attraction;
coordination of activities in the field of agriculture;
coordination of activities in the production area;
coordination of activities in the field of economics and finance;
legal support for the activities of the office of akim, akim and akimat;
ensuring the activities of the akim in the field of information technology;
internal control over the quality of the provision of public services;
organization of work on the nomination for rewarding with state awards;
organization of work on the protection of state secrets;
material and technical equipment of the regional akim office;
organization of work on compiling lists of candidates for jury;
organization of interaction and coordination of law enforcement agencies on interdepartmental issues, including in the field of ensuring the protection of public order and security in the region, in the prevention of terrorism, as well as in minimizing and (or) eliminating the consequences of terrorism in the region;
organization of work in the field of combating corruption;
participation in ensuring the implementation of measures for mobilization training and mobilization, territorial defense, civil protection;
organization and provision of conscription for military service;
internal audit.
1) request and receive documents from state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other organizations;
2) carry out methodological guidance of the activities of executive bodies financed from local budgets;
3) to attract employees of executive bodies financed from local budgets, the offices of akims of districts (cities of regional significance) to participate in the preparation of documents considered by the akimat and akim of the region;
4) exercise other powers provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1) in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, appoints and dismisses employees of the regional akim's office;
2) represents the state institution "Akim's Office of Akmola region" in state organizations in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) signs legal acts of the state institution "Akim's Office of Akmola region";
4) organizes, coordinates and controls the activities of structural units of the state institution "Akim's Office of Akmola region" within its competence;
5) in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decides the issues of granting vacations, providing material assistance, training, retraining and advanced training, incentives, establishing allowances, disciplinary liability of employees of the state institution "Akim's Office of Akmola region";
6) approves job descriptions of employees of structural divisions of the regional akim's office;
7) approves the structure and staffing of the state institution "Akim's Office of Akmola region", regulations on its structural divisions;
8) carries out general management of the activities of the disciplinary and competitive commissions of the state institution "Akim's Office of Akmola region";
9) exercises control over the observance of official discipline;
10) exercise other powers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The execution of powers of the head of the state institution "Akim's Office of Akmola region" in the period of his absence is carried out by the person replacing him in accordance with the current legislation.
The property of the state institution "Akim's Office of Akmola region" is formed at the expense of the property transferred to it by the owner, as well as property (including cash income) acquired as a result of its own activities and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
