The new format of working with appeals within the framework of the Administrative Procedural Code requires strict compliance with administrative procedures when considering citizens' appeals. The administrative procedure is considered initiated as soon as a citizen applies to a State body.
If formal errors are made in the application, the obligation of the administrative body to assist in their elimination is provided.
The Code establishes a number of procedural guarantees in the interaction of citizens with government agencies.

According to the results of the meeting, relevant instructions were given with specific deadlines for execution.
