About establishment of the sizes of expenses of candidates for akims of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts, covered from the republican budget, at the elections of akims of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts, appointed in 2022

In accordance with paragraphs 1-1, 2-1 of Article 33 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Regional Election Commission DECIDES:

1. To establish the amount of expenses of a candidate for akim of a city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district, covered from the republican budget according to appendices 1-3.

Candidates independently redistribute the volume of publications in print and/or online publications, TV and radio channels within the funds allocated to them by the state for speaking with their election programs.

2. Send this resolution to the city and district territorial election commissions.
3. Publish this resolution on the website of the regional election commission.
