In the framework of the authority to regulate the prices for socially important food products of the akimat of the region adopted a resolution on 23 August 2021 № A-8/421 "On approval of the maximum allowable size of retail prices for socially important food products in Akmola region" (registered the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 28 August 2021 No. 24152), according to which the region set ceiling prices for sunflower oil at 641 tenge per 1 liter for a period of 60 calendar days.
The decree was put into effect on August 31, 2021.
