An important means of exercising the rights of citizens to apply to government agencies is the holding of an Internet conference.
On the portal of the open dialogue of the Akim of the region, in order to ensure the openness of the state body with the participation of the akim of the region, 5 Internet conferences were organized in January-May 2021 on the following topics: "On the progress of snow removal works in the Akmola region" (dated 21.01.202), "Concessional lending to small and medium-sized businesses" (dated 22.02.2021), "Implementation of the State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek" (dated 19.03.2021), "Results of the implementation of the local budget for the 1st quarter of 2021" (from 19.04.2021), "Development of the social sphere in the Akmola region" (dated 21.05.2021). 14 questions were received from users, to which appropriate explanations were given.
In order to determine the level of satisfaction of the population with the activities of state bodies and their awareness of the implemented state programs, 5 surveys were conducted on the portal.
