During the sociological survey, respondents were first asked to determine whether they are familiar with the activities of the project office "Ақмола – адалдық алаңы", including the functioning of service (open) akimats, the provision of public services in an open format (open space, front offices, etc.).
According to the results of the 4th quarter, about 1000 respondents took part in the survey. The survey included questions about the awareness of the population of the region about the activities of the project office " Ақмола – адалдық алаңы ", the transparency of the working of government agencies, also the identification of areas most susceptible to corruption.
According to the results, in the sum of the responses, 31.2% of the surveyed residents are familiar with the working of the project office, 43.5% of the respondents have heard, but have not applied, and 25.3% have heard about the project office for the first time.
