In accordance with article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan» DECIDE:
- To classify the village of Kosshy, Tselinograd area, Akmola region, to the category of a city of regional significance.
- The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures to implement paragraph 1 of this Decree.
- This Decree comes into force from the day of its first official publication.
