The draft resolution of the Akimat of the Akmola region "On invalidation of certain resolutions of the Akimat of the Akmola region" (hereinafter referred to as the Draft) was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts".
The draft proposes to invalidate the resolution of the Akimat of Akmola region dated June 10, 2016 No. A-7/269 "On approval of the list of open data posted on the Internet portal of open data" in connection with the exclusion from the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 "On Informatization" of the competence of the Akimat to approve the list of open data posted on the Internet portal of open data.
