The department for control over the consideration of appeals of the regional akim's office carried out a transition to a new format of work in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code in terms of working with citizens' appeals and organizing a personal reception.
In the regional akim's office, citizens are received by the regional akim and his deputies on a monthly basis, according to the approved schedule, taking into account the Single days of admission (last Friday of the month).
At present, the regulations for the personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by officials of the regional akim's office are being approved by the Department of Justice of the Akmola region (sent after receiving the opinion of the Public Council of the Akmola region and anti-corruption expertise).
In connection with the adoption of preventive measures to reduce the risk of the spread of coronavirus, with the consent of the applicant, some procedures are carried out remotely.
In total, for the specified period of 2020, the akim of the region, deputy akim of the region accepted 208 people (381 in 2019). In comparison with 2019, the number of citizens received at a personal reception decreased by 46% (the decrease is due to the temporary suspension of personal reception in the first months of quarantine).
