The draft decision of the Akmola regional Maslikhat "On approval of the Rules for ensuring public order and safety in the event of emergencies in the territory of the Akmola region, their prevention and elimination, for violation of which administrative responsibility is provided" (hereinafter - the Draft) was developed in accordance with subparagraph 1) Paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 11, 2014 "On Civil Protection", in order to organize public order and security in case of emergency situations, their prevention and liquidation.
