APPK also regulates the internal administrative procedures of state bodies in order to avoid legal gaps in the activities of state bodies.
In this part, the Code retains the provisions currently provided for in the Law "On Administrative Procedures" that determine the procedure, types of activities and functions of state bodies, as well as other provisions concerning the internal organization of the work of state bodies.
In particular, the current provisions of the Law "On Administrative Procedures" on planning the activities of state bodies, adopting regulations, regulations on a state body, defining the functions of state bodies, as well as the procedure for consideration and passing in state bodies of official documents.
The external administrative procedure will contain detailed rules for the initiation, consideration and adoption of an administrative act by an administrative body.
