In accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, Article 45, paragraph 3 of Article 46, paragraph 1 of Article 113-11 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", based on the protocols of the precinct election commissions and the protocol of the Zhaksyn district territorial election commission on the results of the elections of the akim of the Zaporizhzhya rural district of the Zhaksyn district of the Akmola region held on April 12, 2026, the Zhaksyn district territorial election commission DECIDED:
