On approval of the list of referendum polling stations where voting

may be completed at any time

 

 

          Based on Article 29 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Republican Referendum", paragraph 1 of Article 38 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", upon the submission of the precinct referendum commissions, the territorial referendum commission DECIDED:

  1. To approve the list of referendum polling stations where voting may be completed at any time if all citizens included in the list have voted:

  1. The counting of votes at these referendum polling stations will begin after the end of voting.
  2. Publish this decision on the website of the territorial referendum commission of the Zhaksynsky district.
  3. Send a copy of this resolution to the Akmola Regional Electoral Commission.
