Оn accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, Article 45, paragraph 3 of Article 46, paragraph 1 of Article 113-11 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, based on the protocols of precinct election commissions on the election results, held on March 1, 2026 in the villages of Zhaksy and Chapaevskoye, Zhaksynsky district, Akmola region, Zhaksynsky district territorial the electoral commission DECIDED:
- 1. To register Khausylov Duman Maguzovich, born in 1985, akim of the Zaporizhzhya rural district of the Zhaksynsky district, resides in the village of Zhaksy of the Zhaksynsky district, as akim of the village of Zhaksy of the Zhaksynsky district of the Akmola region.
- 2. Register Zhekebatyrova Maria Zhusupovna, born in 1972, unemployed, lives in the village of Zhaksy, Zhaksynsky district, as akim of the village of Chapaevskoye, Zhaksynsky district, Akmola region.
- 3. Publish a message in local media about the registration of elected akims.
- 4. Issue the appropriate certificate.
