This draft resolution was developed by the State Institution "Office of Akim of Zhaksyn district".
According to item 12 of the List of regulatory legal acts that are not subject to state registration with the justice authorities, approved by Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 26, 2023 No. 408, this act is not subject to posting on the «Open NPAs» portal.
