In accordance with Articles 48 and 50 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the commission approves and deems it appropriate to grant Larisa Vasilyevna Kadnikova's application for a temporary, free, short-term land use right for a period of 4 years, with an area of 0.1606 hectares, for vegetable gardening, located at the following address: Akmola Region, Zhaksyn District, Ishim Rural Okrug, Ishimskoye Village.

In accordance with Articles 48 and 52 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the commission agrees and considers it appropriate to: satisfy the application of Akash Yelamanovna Zhandildina for the granting of private ownership of a land plot of 0.0796 hectares for personal subsidiary farming, based on the act of acceptance of the constructed facility into operation by the owner independently dated August 27, 2025, located at the following address: Akmola region, Zhaksyn district, Zhaksy village, Saken Seifulin str. Saken Seifullina 61.
