Job title:
Chief specialist of the state institution “Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Zhaksyn District” category “E-R-4”, 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Carries out work on the implementation and analysis of regional programs in the field of development of the agro-industrial complex. Accepts reports on artificial insemination of farm animals in the region, on livestock production by farm, by type of product and on the supply of processed livestock products. Collects documents from agricultural producers in the region to receive subsidies for the development of livestock farming. Keeps a report on the availability of personal subsidiary plots, on slaughter sites, and on the progress of the implementation of the program for the development of beef cattle breeding. Participates in the organization and holding of agricultural fairs in the district and regional centers. Provides government services. Performs other duties according to job description. Block A, level 4.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of agriculture and bioresources or veterinary medicine or natural sciences, mathematics and statistics (biology or biotechnology) or educational sciences (chemistry or biology or chemistry - biology).
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.

Filing a complaint about the results of a competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received
