Job title:
Chief specialist of the state institution “Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Zhaksyn District” category “E-R-4”, 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Exercises state control over compliance by seed production entities with methodological and technological requirements in the field of seed production. Coordinates annual quotas for each type of seed to be subsidized. Conducts certification of laboratories for examining the quality of seeds and issuing the appropriate certificate.
Organizes training and advanced training of personnel and seed experts. Monitors compliance with regulatory legal acts on the examination of varietal and sowing qualities of seeds of agricultural plants. Conducts work on the implementation and analysis of regional programs in the field of development of the agro-industrial complex. Participates in work to ensure that agricultural formations comply with the technology of cultivating agricultural crops, to improve varietal crops and to grow high-quality varieties of planting material and conduct testing. Participates in the collection of documents from agricultural producers in the region to receive subsidies for crop production. Conducts work to implement public procurement programs through JSC Food Corporation. Accepts operational reporting on field crops by type of work by farm and on the supply of processed crop products and elevators. Monitors the supply of grain and its processed products and monitors prices. Performs other duties according to job description. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of agriculture and bioresources or natural sciences, mathematics and statistics (biology or biotechnology) or educational sciences (chemistry or biology or chemistry - biology)
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.

Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of a competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
