Position name: Chief Specialist of the state institution of land Relations, architecture and urban planning of the Zhaksyn district" category "E-R-4", 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Executes documents of higher authorities in a timely manner. Prepares reports to the regional akimat and other organizations. Prepares documents for obtaining architectural and planning assignments. He is working on filling out the state database "Address Register". Conducts expertise and preparation of resolutions on the use of land plots for construction. Provides public services. Keeps records of written and oral statements, appeals from individuals and legal entities. Ensures high-quality and timely entry of data on individuals' requests into the E-atinish information system. Performs other duties according to the job description. Block A, level 4.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of engineering, manufacturing and construction industries (architecture and construction or standardization and certification (by industry)). The presence of the following competencies: stress tolerance, initiative, responsibility, orientation towards the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, management of activities. No work experience is required.
Appeal procedure The filing of a complaint against the results of the competition and/or the personnel service's action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is the basis for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint.
