Chief Accountant Specialist of the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Zaporizhia rural district of the Zhaksyn district" category "E-G-3", 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Conducts work on the functioning of the State planning System in the rural district (village), develops a forecast for the socio-economic development of the rural district (village), develops the main directions of the fiscal policy of the rural district (village) and the draft budget of the rural district (village) for a three-year period, drafts budget clarification documents, ensures adjustments and clarification of the budget of the rural district of the village. Maintains accounting records and records of transactions conducted through the district Treasury department. Ensures the targeted use of budget funds. Prepares financial documents, monthly and quarterly reports on time, monitors the status of settlements with the budget, and the safety of valuables. Conducts tenders for public procurement of goods, works and services. Performs other duties according to the job description. Block B, level 3.

Appealprocedure
The filing of a complaint against the results of the competition and/or the personnel service's action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is the basis for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint.
