Job title:
Chief specialist of the state legal department of the state institution “Apparatus of the Akim of the Zhaksyn district of the Akmola region”, category “E-4”, 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Prepares normative legal acts for sending to justice authorities for state registration. Conducts work on collecting legal acts from the offices of akims of villages, rural districts of the region for studying and forming them into a list for further submission to the justice authorities. Posts draft regulatory legal acts on the Internet portal “Open Legal and Legal Entities”.
Maintains the EDMS "INTEGRO" database on received acts of prosecutorial response and judicial acts. In accordance with the established procedure, represents the interests of the district akim, the district akim’s office in court, as well as in other bodies when considering legal issues. Coordinates the work of the drug addiction and drug trafficking headquarters. Conducts office work in the department. Performs other duties according to job description. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, post-secondary or technical and vocational education is allowed if there is at least one year of work experience in accordance with paragraph 9 of these Standard Qualification Requirements or at least two years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position in this category, in the field of business, management and law (jurisprudence, international law).
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
No work experience is required with higher or postgraduate education.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of a competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received .
