Main functional responsibilities:
Develops a public procurement plan for a list of goods, works, and services. Participates in the development of tender or auction documentation, initiates amendments and (or) additions to tender or auction documentation, places announcements on public procurement, reviews applications from potential suppliers for compliance with qualification requirements and requirements of tender documentation, determines the winner of public procurement in accordance with the legislation. Conducts an analysis of public procurement carried out by state institutions and enterprises of the region, including through the web portal of public procurement. Provides the Department of Economics and Finance with information about planned, announced and conducted open tenders. Block B, level 3.
Requirementsfor the participants of the competition:higherorpostgraduateeducation,ortechnicalandvocationalor post-secondaryeducation,in the field of business,managementandlaw(economicsoraccountingandauditingorfinanceorlaworinternationallaw).
The presence of the following competencies: stress tolerance, initiative, responsibility, orientation towards the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, management of activities.

Appeal procedure
The filing of a complaint against the results of the competition and/or the personnel service's action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is the basis for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint.
