Main functional responsibilities: Participates in the preparation, organization and holding of regional celebrations, conferences, seminars and other cultural and leisure events. Organizes and ensures the holding of regional sports events, coordinates the coverage of various mass sports events in the media. Regulates the organization and uninterrupted operation of cultural facilities. Prepares analytical materials and reviews for the district administration on issues of all competence. Coordinates the conduct of all sports and mass competitions in the area. Analyzes and monitors social networks and the media for negative publications. Implements the state information policy in the media and on social networks, provides support and information on the socio-political situation in the district on an ongoing basis. Considers citizens' appeals within the scope of its competence. Block A, level 6.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher or postgraduate or post-secondary or technical and professional education in the field of pedagogical sciences or arts and humanities (history or philology or religious studies or theology) or social sciences, journalism and information (international relations or cultural studies or sociology or political science or librarianship or journalism) or business, management and law (law or economics or accounting and auditing or finance or state and local government) or services (cultural and leisure work).

Appeal procedure
The filing of a complaint against the results of the competition and/or the personnel service's action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is the basis for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint.
