Job title:
Chief specialist of the department for mobilization training, territorial defense and civil protection of the state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Zhaksynsky district of the Akmola region" category "E-4", 1 unit (for the period of urgent military service of the main employee).
Main functional responsibilities: Timely and high-quality execution of documents received from government agencies and other institutions. Organizes the execution of protocol instructions of consultative and advisory bodies under the akim and akimat of the district. Ensures the referral of students to republican and regional courses on Civil Defense Organizes work on the implementation of civil defense measures, as well as the organization of conscription of citizens for military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military formations. Maintains military registration and reservation of civil servants. Collection of information, data on military registration and conscription issues and performance of other functions in the field of civil defense and emergency situations; ensuring the secrecy regime when working with top secret, classified documents. Organizes work on the preparation and conduct of staff training, exercises in the field of civil defense. Organizes work on the implementation of Decrees, instructions and other acts of the President, resolutions of the Government, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the district akimat, decisions, orders and instructions of the district akim. Exercises other powers determined by the department management, within the framework of current legislation. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, post-secondary or technical and vocational education is allowed, provided there is at least one year of work experience in accordance with paragraph 9 of these Standard Qualification Requirements or at least two years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position in this category, in the field of pedagogical sciences (basic military training) or business, management and law (jurisprudence) or engineering, manufacturing and construction industries (transport, transport equipment and technology or thermal power engineering or electric power engineering) or national security and military affairs or services (life safety and environmental protection).
Possession of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and informing them, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, management of activities.
Work experience with higher or postgraduate education is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of the competition and/or the action (inaction) of the personnel service to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is the basis for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
