Job title: Chief specialist of the state institution of land relations, architecture and urban planning of the Zhaksynsky district, category "E-R-4", 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Considers applications from legal entities and individuals for the provision of land plots, complaints and appeals from individuals and legal entities regarding land legal relations. Prepares materials for the land commission, draft resolutions of the district akimat on the provision, re-registration, extension or renunciation of rights to land plots, and organizes land auctions (competitions, auctions). Carries out work on maintaining records of land owners and land users, as well as other subjects of land legal relations. Provides public services. Performs other duties in accordance with the job description. Block A, level 4.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of engineering, manufacturing and construction industries (architecture and construction or standardization and certification (by industry)) or business, management and law (law).
The following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and informing them, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
Work experience is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of the competition and/or the action (inaction) of the personnel service to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
