Chief specialist of the state institution "Department of Construction of the Zhaksynsky District" category "E-R-4", 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Develops a public procurement plan for a list of goods, works, services. Participates in the development of tender or auction documentation, initiating changes and (or) additions to tender or auction documentation,
places announcements of public procurement, reviews applications from potential suppliers for compliance with qualification requirements and requirements of tender documentation, and determines the winner of public procurement in accordance with the law. Conducts analysis of public procurement carried out by state institutions and enterprises of the region, including through the web portal of public procurement. Provides the Department of Economics and Finance with information on planned, announced and held open tenders. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of business, management and law (economics or accounting and auditing or finance or jurisprudence or international law).
The following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and informing them, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, management of activities.
Work experience is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of the competition and/or the action (inaction) of the personnel service to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
