Chief specialist of the state institution "Department of Construction of Zhaksynsky District", category "E-R-4", 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Implements state construction policy in the district. Timely implements documents of higher authorities. Participates in the development of coordination of plans for the socio-economic development of the district in terms of implementing new housing policy, construction programs, and capital construction. Summary of reports on the district on construction and installation works. Summary of reports on the commissioning of residential and non-residential buildings and structures. Develops tender documentation for public procurement. Provides legal services for the development of strategic plans, contracts. Prepares documents for construction and installation works. Participates as a representative in civil disputes and courts. Performs other duties according to the job description. Block A, level 4.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of engineering, manufacturing and construction industries (architecture and construction)
The following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and informing them, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
Work experience is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of the competition and/or the action (inaction) of the personnel service to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
