Job title:
Chief specialist of the state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Ishim rural district of the Zhaksynsky district" category "E-G-3", 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Maintains farm records, records of peasant farms, small and medium-sized businesses, records and control over the state of the housing stock. Organizes and maintains records of military personnel and conscripts. Performs notarial acts. Works on social issues. Deals with issues of providing targeted social assistance to low-income citizens, prepares documents for benefits. Works on awarding state awards to mothers with many children. Performs other duties in accordance with the job description. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for the competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of educational sciences or arts and humanities or social sciences, journalism and information or business, management and law or natural sciences, mathematics and statistics or information and communication technology or engineering, manufacturing and construction industries or agriculture and bioresources or veterinary science or health care or services or national security and military affairs.
The following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and informing them, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
Work experience is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of the competition and/or the action (inaction) of the personnel service to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
