Job title:
Head of the State Legal Department of the State Institution «Akim's Office of the Zhaksy District of Akmola Region, category "E-3", 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Manages the activities of the department, monitors the state of legal work of local executive bodies. Represents the interests of the akim, the office of the akim of the district in court, as well as in other bodies when considering legal issues.draft resolutions, orders, decisions, orders, instructions and other legal documents are submitted for signature to the akim of the district, the head of the office of the akim of the district. Organizes work on sending normative acts to the justice authorities for registration. Participates in the development of contracts and regulations governing economic relations. Analyzes the state of work on the presentation and consideration of claims and judicial practice. Considers acts of prosecutorial response and makes answers to them. Ensures the implementation of state programs to combat corruption and prevent offenses. Performs other duties in accordance with the job description. Block B, level 5.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher or postgraduate with at least two years of work experience in accordance with paragraph 9 of these Standard Qualification Requirements in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position of this category, in the field of business, management and law (jurisprudence, international law).

Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint against the results of the competition and/or the HR department, action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition, is the basis for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
