Job title:
Chief specialist of the department for mobilization training, territorial defense and civil protection of the state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Zhaksyn district of Akmola region" category "E-4", 1 unit (for the period of compulsory military service of the main employee).
Main functional responsibilities: Timely and high-quality execution of documents received from government bodies and other institutions. Organizes the execution of protocol orders of consultative and advisory bodies under the akim and akimat of the district. Ensures that students are referred to republican and regional courses in Civil Defense. Organizes work to implement civil protection measures, as well as organize the conscription of citizens for compulsory military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military formations. Maintains military records and reservations for civil servants.Collection of information, information on issues of military registration and conscription and performance of other functions in the field of civil defense and emergency situations; ensuring secrecy when working with top secret, secret documents.Organizes the preparation and conduct of staff training and exercises in the field of civil protection. Organizes work on the implementation of Decrees, instructions and other acts of the President, resolutions of the Government, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the district akimat, decisions, orders and instructions of the district akim. Exercises other powers determined by the management of the department, within the framework of current legislation. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, post-secondary or technical and vocational education is allowed if there is at least one year of work experience in accordance with paragraph 9 of these Standard Qualification Requirements or at least two years of work experience in the fields,corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position in this category,in the field of educational sciences (initial military training) or business, management and law (jurisprudence) or engineering, manufacturing and construction industries (transportation, transport equipment and technology or thermal power or electric power) or national security and military affairs or services (life safety and protection environment).
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, focus on the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
No work experience is required with higher or postgraduate education.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of a competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received .
