Section 1. Budget planning and approval
The budget of the rural district for 2025-2027 is planned in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Land Code, the Unified Budget Classification, and current regulations.
1.1. Main indicators of socio-economic development of the region
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2018 "On the Republican budget for 2025-2027" from January 1, 2025 establishes:
1) minimum wage – 85000 tenge;
2) the amount of the state basic pension payment – 32360 tenge;
3) the minimum pension amount is 62771 tenge;
4) monthly calculation index for calculating benefits and other social payments, as well as for applying penalties, taxes and other payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 3932 tenge;
5) the amount of the subsistence minimum for calculating the amount of basic social payments – 46228 tenge.
1.2. Revenues and expenditures of the budget of Zaporizhia rural district
The village's own budget revenues will amount to 18348 thousand tenge in 2025, 19429 thousand tenge in 2026, and 20567 thousand tenge in 2027.
