Chief Specialist of the State Legal Department of the State Institution «Akim's Office of the Zhaksy District of Akmola Region, category "E-4", 1 unit.
Main functional duties: Prepares regulatory legal acts to be sent to the justice authorities for state registration, as well as controls their publication in the media. Places draft regulatory legal acts on the Internet portal "Open legal acts". Represents the interests of the district akim, the district akim's office in court, as well as in other bodies when considering legal issues in accordance with the established procedure. Secretary of the Commission on Minors and Protection of Their Rights under the District Akimat. He is the secretary of the anti-corruption commission. Conducts office work in the department. Performs other duties in accordance with the job description. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher or postgraduate education, post-secondary or technical and vocational education is allowed if there is at least one year of work experience in accordance with paragraph 9 of these Standard Qualification Requirements or at least two years of work experience in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position of this category, in the field ofbusiness, management and law (jurisprudence, international law).
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, orientation to the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
Workexperience with higher or postgraduate education is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint against the results of the competition and/or the HR department, action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition, is the basis for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
