Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Ishim Rural District of Zhaksy District", category "E-G-3» 1 unit.
Main functional duties: Keeps household records, records of peasant farms, small and medium-sized businesses, accounting and control over the state of the housing stock. Organizes and keeps records of persons liable for military service and conscripts. Performs notarial actions. Conducts work on social issues. It deals with the provision of targeted social assistance to low-income citizens, draws up documents for benefits. Conducts work on awarding state awards to mothers of many children. Performs other duties in accordance with the job description. Block A, level 4.
Requirements for entrants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of educational sciences or arts and humanities or social sciences, journalism and information or business, management and law or natural sciences, mathematics and statistics or information and communication technologies or engineering, manufacturing and construction industries or rural economy and biological resources, or veterinary medicine, or health care, or services, or national security and military affairs.
Availability of the following competencies: stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, orientation to the consumer of services and his information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
No work experience is required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint against the results of the competition and/or the HR department, action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition, is the basis for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received.
