Job title:
Chief specialist of the state institution “Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Highways and Housing Inspection of the Zhaksyn District” category “E-R-4”, 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Maintains and records waiting lists in need of housing from the communal housing stock. Prepares and checks documents on the distribution of housing from the communal housing stock for consideration by the district housing commission. Conducts an annual inventory of waiting lists in need of housing from the communal housing stock. Provides government services. Controls the receipt of funds for the use (rent) of the home. Prepares claims in court and participates in court hearings. Performs other duties according to job description. Block A, level 4.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, or technical and vocational or post-secondary education, in the field of engineering, manufacturing and construction industries (transport, transport equipment and technology or thermal power or electric power or transport construction or technological machines and equipment (by industry) or construction or production of building materials, products and structures or engineering systems and networks) or services (organization of transportation, movement and operation of transport) or business, management and law (state and local government).

Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of a competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received .
