In accordance with Article 48 of the CC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the commission agrees and considers it appropriate: to satisfy the application of the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Zhaksyn district" for granting the right of temporary gratuitous short-term land use for a period of 4 years for a land plot for the construction and operation of an antenna-mast structure for cellular operators, with an area of 0.1600 hectares, located at: Akmola region, Zhaksynsky district, Tarasovsky rural district, Kazakhskoye village, Kazakhskaya Street.
