Section 1. Budget planning and approval
The budget of the rural district for 2024-2026 is planned in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Land Code, the Unified Budget Classification, and current regulations.
1.1. Main indicators of socio-economic development of the region
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2018 “On the republican budget for 2024-2026” established from January 1, 2024:
1) minimum wage – 85,000 tenge;
2) the amount of the state basic pension payment – 28,215 tenge;
3) minimum pension – 57,853 tenge
4) monthly calculation indicator for calculating benefits and other social payments, as well as for applying penalties, taxes and other payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 3,692 tenge;
5) the cost of living for calculating the amount of basic social payments - 43,407 tenge.
1.2. Budget revenues and expenditures of the Zhanakiyminsky rural district
I. Receipts
The village's own budget revenues in 2024 will amount to 23,137.8 thousand tenge, in 2025 - 22,062.0 thousand tenge, in 2026 - 23,607.0 thousand tenge.
