Report on the results of the elections of akims of Kyzylsay rural
district and village of Kievskoye, Zhaksynsky district, held
September 15, 2024
On September 15, 2024, elections of akims of villages and rural districts of the Zhaksyn district were held in two electoral districts.
Zhaksyn district election commission in accordance with subparagraph 9) of article 14, paragraph 2 of article 44, article 45, article 113-10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, based on protocols of precinct election commissions on the results of elections of akims of villages, rural constituencies of the Zhaksynsky district established the election results:
Kyzylsay constituency
for the election of akim of the Kyzylsay rural district:
The list of voters for the electoral district includes 344 citizens, of which 305 voted. The number of invalid ballots is 0, with a mark in the line “Against all” - 3.

Akhmetov Sairanbek Keldenovich – 259 (84.92%); Zhumasheva Aigul Merekeevna – 23 (7.54%); Kasymova Lyazzat Uzakpaevna – 20 (6.56%).
Elected akim of the Kyzylsay rural district Akhmetov Sayranbek Keldenovich, born in 1993, akim of the State Institution “Apparatus of the Akim of the Kyzylsay rural district of the Zhaksyn region”, lives in the village of Kirovskoye, Zhaksyn district, Akmola region, nominated by the AMANAT party.

for the election of akim of the village of Kyiv:
The list of voters for the electoral district includes 365 citizens, of which 307 voted. The number of invalid ballots is 0, with a mark in the line “Against all” - 34.
Number of votes cast for each candidate:
Akimbekova Lazzat Amanzholovna – 32 (10.42%); Syzdykov Elzhas Muratovich – 215 (70.03%); Tazhenova Gulnur Zhanatovna – 26 (8.47%).
Elected akim of the village of Kievskoye Syzdykov Elzhas Muratovich, born in 1991, chief specialist of the State Institution “Apparatus of Akim of the village of Zhaksy, Zhaksynsky district”, lives in the village of Zhaksy, Zhaksynsky district, Akmola region, nominated by the AMANAT party.
The Zhaksyn district election commission, in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, by a decision dated September 16, 2024, registered the akims of the Kyzylsay rural district and the village of Kievskoye, Zhaksyn district, elected on September 15, 2024.
