The budget of the rural district for 2024-2026 is planned in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Land Code, the Unified Budget Classification, and the current legal regulations.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2018 "On the Republican Budget for 2024-2026" from January 1, 2021 established:
1) the minimum wage is 85 000tenge;
2) the amount of the state basic pension payment is 28 215 tenge;
3) the minimum pension amount is 57 853 tenge;
4) monthly calculation index for calculating benefits and other social benefits, as well as for the application of penalties, taxes and other payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan 3063–tenge;
5) the amount of the subsistence minimum for calculating the amount of basic social benefits –43 407 tenge.
