Chief specialist of the state legal department of the state institution “Apparatus of the Akim of the Zhaksyn district of the Akmola region”, category “E-4”, 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Prepares normative legal acts for sending to the justice authorities for state registration, and also monitors their publication in the media. Posts draft regulatory legal acts on the Internet portal “Open Legal and Legal Entities”. In accordance with the established procedure, represents the interests of the district akim, the district akim’s office in court, as well as in other bodies when considering legal issues. He is the secretary of the commission on affairs of minors and protection of their rights under the district akimat. He is the secretary of the anti-corruption commission. Conducts office work in the department. Performs other duties according to job description. Block B, level 3.
Requirements for competition participants: higher or postgraduate education, post-secondary or technical and vocational education is allowed if they have at least one year of work experience in accordance with paragraph 9 of these Standard Qualification Requirements or at least two years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position in this category, in the field of business, management and law (jurisprudence, international law).

Work experience with higher or postgraduate education is not required.
Appeal procedure
Filing a complaint about the results of a competition and/or personnel service action (inaction) to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision no later than five working days from the date of publication of the results of the competition is grounds for suspending the competition until the authorized body or its territorial subdivision makes an appropriate decision on the complaint received .
