Chief specialist-accountant of the state institution “Apparatus of the akim of the village of Tersakan, Zhaksyn district”, category “E-G-3”, 1 unit.
Main functional responsibilities: Conducts work on the functioning of the State Planning System in the rural district (village), on the development of the Forecast of socio-economic development of the rural district (village), develops the main directions of the fiscal policy of the rural district (village) and the draft budget of the rural district (village) ) for a three-year period, draft documents to clarify the budget, ensure adjustment and clarification of the budget of the rural district of the village. Maintains accounting records and records of transactions carried out through the district Treasury department. Ensures targeted use of budget funds. Prepares financial documentation, monthly and quarterly reports on time, monitors the status of settlements with the budget, and the safety of valuables. Conducts competitions for public procurement of goods, works and services. Performs other duties according to job description. Block B, level 3.
