In accordance with Articles 17, 84, 85 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 31, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Zhaksyn district DECIDES:
- To begin compulsory alienation for state needs of the land plot of the individual entrepreneur "Serikbayev", with a total area of 1000.0 hectares, including arable land of 1000.0 hectares (cadastral number 01-278-067-073), which is on the right of temporary paid land use for a period of 32 years, for farming, located within the administrative boundaries of the village of Tersakan to meet the needs of the population in pasture lands for grazing farm animals of a private farmstead.
- This resolution is subject to publication in local mass media, including the Internet resource of the akimat of the district, within three working days from the date of its adoption.
- The State institution "Department of Land Relations of the Zhaksyn district" no later than three calendar days after the publication of the resolution, send a written notification of compulsory alienation to the individual entrepreneur "Serikbayev" the land plot is sent by mail with the obligatory receipt of a notification of the delivery of the postal item.
- An individual entrepreneur "Serikbayev" must apply to the state institution "Department of Land Relations of the Zhaksyn district" at Druzhby Street 14, Zhaksy village of the Zhaksyn district of the Akmola region to carry out conciliation procedures.
- This resolution shall enter into force from the date of signing.
