№ 18/32 of July 25, 2024

 

On the release from duties of a member of the Zhaksyn district election commission S.K. Esmagambetov

 

In accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 12 of Article 20 of the Constitutional Law of September 28, 1995 “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and based on the statement of Esmagambetov S.K. dated July 22, 2024, letters from the chairman of the Zhaksyn district election commission No. 31 of July 22, 2024, regional election commission

DECIDES:

 

1. Release Serik Kapezovich Esmagambetov from his duties as a member of the Zhaksyn district election commission in connection with his appointment to the post of akim of the village of Belagash, Zhaksyn district, Akmola region.
2. This resolution should be sent to the Zhaksyn district maslikhat and the Zhaksyn district election commission for publication on Internet resources.
