Main conditions:
1) The possibility of admission to the civil service without a competition is implemented within 1 year after graduation from a higher educational institution;
2) The pass rate (GPA) for a diploma of education must be at least 3.33;
3) Diploma specialty must meet the qualification requirements for the position;
4) Appointment out of competition is carried out in districts and cities, with the exception of the city of regional significance (Kokshetau).
You can borrow without a competition:
1 ️ the grassroots position of the akim and maslikhat of the region or city of regional significance (except Kokshetau);
2 ️ not a leading position of the executive body of the district of the region and the city of regional significance (except Kokshetau), financed from the local budget;
3 ️not the leading position of the akim's office of the city of regional significance, village, village, rural district;
4 ️not the leading position of the territorial division of the central state body and its departments in the region or city of regional significance (except Kokshetau).
It provides for the possibility of paying a lifting allowance and providing a budget loan for the purchase or construction of housing for young professionals who have arrived to work in rural areas.
