INFORMATION MESSAGE
for the media and online users-
platforms on the publication of information on the amount of payment and conditions for the placement of election campaign materials
According to paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the mass media and users of online platforms must announce and publish information on the amount of payment and conditions for the placement of campaign materials provided no later than five days before the start of election campaigning, that is, no later than July 18, 2026. on a contractual basis, as well as submit them to the Central Election Commission.
The mass media and users of the online platform who provide airtime, print space and information on a contractual basis may not post or distribute campaign materials from political parties that have put forward party lists before publishing information on the amount of payment and conditions for the placement of campaign materials.
