1. Appointment of elections of akims (hereinafter referred to as akims).

6. Nomination of candidates for akims
Political parties registered in accordance with the established procedure, from among their members, citizens self-nominate by submitting to the territorial election commission an application of intention to run as a candidate for akim, as well as by a higher akim, if less than two candidates have been nominated on the day of the end of the nomination period.
It begins on the day following the election day and ends at eighteen o'clock local time twenty-five days before the election day, unless otherwise specified at the time of the election.
It begins on June 11, 2026 and ends at 6 p.m. local time on June 23, 2026.

7. Establishing the compliance of a candidate for akim with the requirements imposed on them by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan

11. 12.
